As one of the frontline employees representing the Company, a professional attitude and team-player mindset is key to success in this position. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Follow policies and procedures for departing and arriving flights including public announcements Aptitude to develop an understanding of Air North’s procedures and Transport Canada regulations Assist passengers as needed through all stages of arrival, check-in and boarding processes, including providing support for passengers with disabilities Interact in a positive, customer-service focused approach when helping passengers and communicating with team members Handle and resolve customer complaints calmly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary Must haves: Previous customer service experience Required to be ab
