It’s a role for someone who loves solving complex operational challenges, influencing senior stakeholders, and bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving environments. The Search Operations Manager serves as the central strategic driver and operational anchor for Oxeon's search practice. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for the end-to-end operational lifecycle of our business. You will function as a vital strategic advisor to firm leadership, ensuring that firm-wide resources—talent, capacity, and profitability—are optimized to drive organizational growth. This role is essential for transforming complex operational data into actionable insights, serving as a critical partner to the Head of Search Operations, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Finance and People teams. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We recognize that excellent operations leaders come from diverse professional backgrounds. We are specifically seeking candidates who map to one of the following profiles: - Chief of Staff Profile: 3–5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or cross-functional execution role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment (such as a venture studio, healthcare startup, or scaling enterprise). - Professional Services Profile: 5–7 years of experience steering staffing, resource allocation, revenue operations, or project management within a highly consultative, fast-paced client services environment (e.g., Management Consulting, Law, Executive Search, or Creative Agencies). - Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
