If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategist (Permanent work from home) to join our team in Manila. As an SEO Strategist, you will support the growth and visibility of Lightspeed across EMEA markets through technical SEO execution, content optimisation, and proactive website management. In this role, you will help improve organic search performance by maintaining website health, implementing SEO best practices within WordPress, and supporting initiatives across technical SEO, entity optimisation, and emerging AI-driven search experiences. Working closely with SEO, content, marketing, and development teams, you will contribute to scalable strategies that strengthen Lightspeed’s presence across both traditional and generative search environments. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Support technical SEO initiatives across EMEA websites, including crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and site structure improvements. - Conduct technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, helping identify and resolve issues. - Monitor website health and SEO performance through GA4, Google Search Console, and other reporting platforms. - Implement SEO updates within WordPress, including metadata, redirects, URL management, and page optimisation. - Optimise on-page content and perform keyword research to improve organic visibility and identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to embed SEO best pr
