Industry & Context.
Reliable transportation to commute, Work on a rotating day shift (6 AM - 6 PM, including weekends), Manual dexterity required to use necessary tools, Exercise caution due to naturally occurring hazards, Always adhere to safety policies (wear protective equipment), Long periods of standing, Overtime as required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ability to work independently, Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, Must be able to carry and move equipment and/or supplies in excess of 25 pounds, Must be able to distinguish colours
Nice to Have
Completion of college/vocational or technical training in a related field, Previous experience working with sheet metal, Previous autobody prep experience, Ability to read and interpret blueprints
What You'll Do.
Operate sealing equipment
and sand repaired surfaces
Mask and tape surfaces for painting
and match paint colors
Apply primers and repaint surfaces
Report on materials issues
Assist in ordering replacement equipment
Perform in a team environment
Adhere to safety program standards
Perform duties in accordance with safety program
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Perform in a team environment with minimal supervision; Communication is primarily internal to the assigned work team and Team Lead/Supervisor/Senior Production Manager
