Export Control compliance, US Person required, Physical lifting 10-35 lbs, Reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, Contact with metals, solvents, and coolants, Proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards, Varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions, Utilize personal safety gear

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1+ years experience with paints, coatings, finishes, and/or sealants, Experience handling chemicals and/or hazardous materials, Experience prepping, cleaning, and painting various surfaces, Experience working from heights & using fall protection equipment, Experience with safety process and/or procedures, Experience working with tools and following work instructions

Nice to Have

1+ year aerospace sealing experience, Enrolled in Boeing partnered manufacturing related high school or community and technology college academic program, Completed 1+ year aerospace sealing in high school or community and technology college academic program

What You'll Do.

Obtain daily work assignments

Read Installation Plans and applicable drawings

Select appropriate cleaning solvents

Clean interior and exterior surfaces

Clean sealing equipment

Perform rework or pickups

Assist with pressure testing operations

Use specified agents and procedures

Remove protective coatings

Apply corrosion inhibitors

Reactivate paint surfaces

Ensure proper grounding of aircraft

Set up ventilation equipment

Keep supervisors informed of progress

Coordinate information with employees on other shifts

Mask areas for corrosion removal or painting

Prepare fuel vents for leak tests

Restore fuel vents after testing

Apply corrosion preventative seal

and apply aerodynamic seals

Submit completed jobs or in-process checks to inspectors
