Must Have
5–8 years of experience in QA, SDET, or software testing roles. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, Go, or C#. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Pytest and scripting for QA automation. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms. Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter is preferred. Knowledge of SQL, Linux fundamentals, Docker, or related engineering tools is a plus.

Build and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as Python, Pytest, or shell scripting. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure product stability and release readiness.
