We’re looking for an experienced SDET to join our team and help us reimagine our website and digital web experiences. This position is based out of our Bengaluru office. What we’re looking for (qualifications) We are not big on formal qualifications, and we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people who are looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work. Experience: 3- 5 years in software testing, focusing on backend API testing and automation. Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in Java, with knowledge of Javascript/Typescript/Python. Experience with automation tools and frameworks suitable for Slack and MS Teams apps. Understanding of Microservices. API Testing Expertise: Proven ability in testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, understanding their complexities, and ensuring optimal performance. Automation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop UI test frameworks and implement CI/CD pipelines, especially for assistant applications and API integrations. Specific experience in automating tests for collaboration assistant applications, particularly for Slack and MS Teams. Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding analytical abilities, capable of solving intricate problems and proposing effective solutions in a startup environment. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate efficiently within a team and across different departments. Should be familiar with Code editors like Cursor.
