This team dives deep into security technologies and continuously raises the security bar across Amazon's Stores, Devices, and Other (CDO) by tackling complex engineering problems that require widespread support and multi-year execution plans. You will also create scalable engineering systems and solutions using cloud computing. Successful candidates for this position will have strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, object-oriented design, and algorithms), experience in full-stack development, a well-honed arsenal of software architecture and design patterns, and a demonstrated competence in designing reusable, maintainable, and performant software written in a modern high-level language (Java, Python, C++, C#, Objective-C, JavaScript). You will be a champion for engineering and operational excellence. You will also demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing business and technical environments and devising creative solutions to vexing software problems.
