What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent German language skills, intermediate English language skills, Experience working with cross-country / distributed teams, Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a multinational environment
Nice to Have
Experience with scaled agile delivery (e. g. , SAFe), Experience working with solution design teams, Experience managing shared resources across teams, Advanced Jira knowledge (e. g. , JQL, rich filters), Experience supporting and steering backlog management
What You'll Do.
Drive and monitor team progress and delivery
Challenge and continuously improve ways of working at both team and program level
Lead and support the implementation of process and behavioral changes at team level
Represent the team’s needs and feedback at program level
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose pragmatic solutions
Strengthen collaboration between solution design and development teams
Maintain close alignment with other Scrum Masters
Support Product Owners in backlog management and refinement activities
Increase the agility and effectiveness of the solution design team
