Must Have
At least 8 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex, regulated environment, Expert-level experience using JIRA, hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), Agile delivery tools including JIRA, Confluence, Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and compliance experts, Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and traditional Waterfall methodologies, Analytical mindset capable of untangling complex, legacy banking system dependencies
Nice to Have
CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PMP (Project Management Professional)
