What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 8 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex, regulated environment, Expert-level experience using JIRA, hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), Agile delivery tools including JIRA, Confluence, Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and compliance experts, Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and traditional Waterfall methodologies, Analytical mindset capable of untangling complex, legacy banking system dependencies
Nice to Have
CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PMP (Project Management Professional)

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
Collaborate with Product Owners
Collaborate with Project Managers/Leads
Identify and remove impediments
Track and report Agile metrics
Foster a culture of transparency

Support team in achieving high performance
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters
Conduct periodic sync meetings
Produce sprint and release progress reports
Track project timelines

Ensure deliverables meet regulations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Cross Tribes and Technical Leads; Collaborate with Project Managers/Leads and DevOps and Release Management teams; Cross-functional alignment: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams; Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches across department; Conduct periodic sync meetings with Scrum Masters and stakeholders across tribes; Work collaboratively
