What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile delivery role, expertise in JIRA (dashboards, sprint tracking, reporting), Deep understanding of Scrum concepts (DoD, DoR, backlog grooming, ceremonies), Proven ability to drive sprint execution and delivery discipline, Experience managing impediments, dependencies, and RAID items, Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving Agile environments
Nice to Have
Experience in team leadership or leading Agile teams, Exposure to cloud-based engineering environments (Azure preferred), Banking / Financial services domain experience
