Must Have
3+ years working as a Scrum, Experience in setting up and evolving multi-functional development, Experience working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment with multiple parallel, Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Proven experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Trello, self-management and organizational skills, Accountability, proactivity, and a sense of, Energy, enthusiasm, and focus to execute reliably and on, analytical thinking, Ability to create trusting relationships with, Capable of managing client relationships across all layers and levels of an, Proficient in understanding complex technical concepts and translating them for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Previous experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus
What You'll Do.
Support solution discussions within the team
Support the team by removing impediments or blockers impacting progress
Guide the development team in agile principles
Work with clients to identify business and operational needs
and present Data transformation roadmaps
Produce high-quality requirements and well-defined user stories (with acceptance criteria)
Ensure user stories meet the agreed Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
and prioritize product backlog
Analyze and monitor team metrics such as burndown
expected vs. actual velocity
and lead time/cycle time
Refine agile methodologies based on results and client feedback
Ensure touchpoints are set up across the project lifecycle for consistency of vision
Identify business opportunities and hypotheses

We are seeking a Mid-Level Scrum Master to lead our Data team. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical skills and soft skills, capable of guiding the team in delivering efficient and innovative solutions aligned with the company's objectives, acting as a reference for business understanding, prioritization of tasks, and work organization. Previous Experience - 3+ years working as a Scrum Master; - Experience in setting up and evolving multi-functional development teams; - Experience working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment with multiple parallel teams; - Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc; - Proven experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
