What You'll Do.
Serve as the guiding force for the development team
Enable seamless collaboration
Ensure agile principles are consistently applied to deliver value efficiently
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies (Daily stand-ups
Ensure meetings are focused
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a prioritized backlog
Help the team estimate and commit to realistic sprint goals
Actively identify and resolve blockers that hinder team progress
Escalate issues when necessary
Coach Agile Principles
Guide the team in adopting agile best practices tailored to DevOps
Work in close collaboration with the stakeholders to maintain transparency on project progress and ensure alignment of goals and expectations across all parties
Taking responsibility for their work from design through implementation and into operations

The position is for our German-based client Volkswagen Group (CARIAD), offering global carmakers a full spectrum of connected vehicle platforms and mobility services. Successful candidates will be expected to work in an international environment and spend a few weeks in Germany. You’ll be a member of the international connected car team. We are proud of what we have created in the domain of connected cars, managing more than 25+ Million vehicles on our platform and providing more than 50+ various connected car services (infotainment, telematics, V2X/Car2x). The connected vehicle platform is provided on-premises and as a cloud solution on AZURE. We also support your development through our internal portal called the Academy.
