What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years working in an agile environment as Scrum Master, CSM Certified, Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies, customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, Ability to work with little oversight and supervision, while knowing when to escalate transparently, Experience of testing at the unit, integration and system levels, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, administrative and organizational skills required, as is a focused attention to detail, A proven willingness to learn, a positive service attitude, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand work environment
Nice to Have
Experience with other Agile/Lean practices such as XP or Kanban, Practice of Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery, A-CSM/CSP-SM Certified, Bachelor degree preferred in Business, Technology, or Operation
