Full Job Description
**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Scrum Master** to lead Agile delivery for data-driven projects. This role requires a servant leader who can guide cross-functional teams, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of analytics programs that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, and experience working alongside data analysts, engineers, and business teams in delivering scalable analytics solutions. **_Must Have:_** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field. * Candidate should have the Wealth Management experience. * 8+ years of experience as a **Scrum Master / Agile Coach**. * Strong knowledge of **Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies**. * Experience working on **Data Analytics / Business Intelligence projects**. * Familiarity with tools such as **JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps**. * Understanding of data workflows, reporting processes, and analytics delivery lifecycle. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **_Preferred Qualifications: -_** * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications. * Exposure to **SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or analytics platforms**. *
