Must Have
4+ years of working experience in Scrum Master or related fields, Good understanding of Agile and relevant frameworks, like Scrum and Kanban, Hands-on experience in leading and serving Scrum teams and work with the team to remove impediments, Experience in facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint reviews and retrospectives, Familiar with Agile tools, like Jira and Confluence, Able to work independently, proactively and possess “Can-do” attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced and unstructured environment, communicator who can negotiate effectively to balance business direction/requirements with cost of development and risk, Able to teach Scrum team Agile principles and guide them on best practices, Proven ability to collaborate to deliver business outcomes, Good organizational and problem-solving skills, Good communication skill and proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Nice to Have
Agile certifications like PSM or CSM preferred, Experience in financial or insurance industry preferred
What You'll Do.
Work closely with business units
