Through a collaborative leadership approach, the Scrum Master fosters trust, engagement, and professional growth while strengthening delivery practices and overall team performance. **What You Will Do:** ​ * Agile Coaching & Practice Adoption 20% - Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members on Agile values, principles, and practices to reinforce consistent ways of working and build confidence in Agile delivery.
