The Role We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery on a key client engagement. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll work closely with engineering teams and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality, predictable outcomes. You’ll play a central role in keeping delivery on track, improving team effectiveness, and embedding pragmatic agile practices suited to the client environment. What You'll Do - Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) in a way that drives meaningful outcomes. - Support the team in delivering against sprint goals, ensuring work is clear, prioritised, and ready. - Identify and remove blockers quickly, coordinating across stakeholders where needed. - Maintain visibility of delivery progress and provide clear, honest updates to both the client and internal stakeholders. - Coach the team on agile practices and continuously improve ways of working. - Encourage strong ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the team. - Apply a pragmatic approach to agile delivery, adapting practices to suit the client and team maturity. Essential Skills - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software delivery environments. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches). - Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, cloud, data). - Demonstrable ability to improve team delivery, predictability, and flow. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences. - Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
