We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedScrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in guiding Agile practices, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the successful delivery of project goals. Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team activities * Teach and coach Scrum practices and principles * Promote Agile values and contribute to the Scrum community * Identify and eliminate team impediments * Coordinate timelines and deliverables * Support teams in implementing changes effectively * Foster a positive and productive team spirit * Resolve conflicts and encourage continuous improvement ## Qualifications Profile: * Proven experience as a Scrum Master * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Prior experience working with Scrum teams * Ability to teach and coach Agile methodologies * Skilled in conflict resolution and team facilitation * Comfortable adapting to change and driving transformation * Fluent inEnglish (C1) ## Additional Information (Hybrid work , with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week) Are you the one?!
