What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role, Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent), understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies, Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve impediments, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency with agile project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Trello)
Nice to Have
Experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional teams, Additional agile certifications (e. g. , SAFe, AgilePM)
What You'll Do.
Supporting one or more Agile teams in delivering high quality software solutions
Effective facilitation of Scrum practices and Agile principles
Enabling teams to be self organizing
and aligned with sprint goals
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Guiding Agile ceremonies
Managing delivery risks
Ensuring smooth execution
Representing the team in Scrum of Scrums
Coordinating cross team dependencies
Ensuring alignment across multiple teams
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning
Enable teams to meet sprint commitments
and quality standards
and proactively escalate impediments and risks impacting team progress
Promote self organization
and continuous improvement within the team
and communicate Agile metrics
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement
Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
Participate in Scrum of Scrums to manage cross team dependencies and resolve inter team challenges
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to ensure effective coordination across teams
Provide regular updates on delivery status
and dependencies to stakeholders
Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices
