What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the IT industry, JIRA, Trello, SmartSheets, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Miro, etc, Experience in mentoring team members, Knowledge of how to introduce Agile methodologies into new environments, Ability to enforce Scrum and other Agile principles and to explain the benefits to team members, Technical understanding and ability to provide some level of support/understanding to the consulting team, Good presentation skills and experience of presenting to senior level stakeholders, Highly self-motivated and able to work in an adaptable and flexible environment, Able to work in complex environments, Able to manage multiple teams, Servant leadership to help the team collaborate effectively, overcome challenges, and deliver value to the customer
Nice to Have
Agile certifications, Familiar with scaled Agile frameworks (e. g. SAFe), Technical background is a plus

Communication Scope
Good presentation skills; Experience of presenting to senior level stakeholders
Process & Methodology
Account delivery, Manage and monitor KPIs, Ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet objectives and timelines, Project execution, Risk management, Impediment management, Dependency management
