What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active TS/SCI clearance required to start, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience, Experience leading Agile Scrum teams in a cloud environment, understanding of DevSecOps and /or software/application development processes, Advanced knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniques, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, Experience with Atlassian Agile specifically JIRA and Confluence, 5+ years of experience

What You'll Do.
Guide scrum-team through all sprints of a program increment
removing impediments and championing the team
Organize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning
and other agile related events
Track and communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and management
Assist the scrum team in developing and estimating user stories that are clearly articulated with well-defined acceptance criteria
Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs
Assist with internal and external communication
Assist product owners with backlog grooming
Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
Determine and remove impediments that interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver assigned goals
Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity
Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation

**ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED** As a SCRUM MASTER you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on SCRUM Master joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA.
