What They're Looking For.
Must Have
US Citizens, obtain Public Trust clearance, Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of professional experience supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs, Experience serving as a Scrum Master on Agile software development projects, understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and software delivery lifecycles, Experience facilitating group discussions, workshops, interviews, and training sessions, Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, Experience coordinating cross-functional teams during testing, deployment, and release activities, communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work effectively across multiple teams within a large-scale enterprise environment
Nice to Have
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, CSP, SAFe, or similar Agile certification, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certifications, Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, or SSO platforms, Experience supporting federal government agencies
