Must Have
Master's degree with 4 - 6 years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 6 - 8 years of experience, Diploma with 10 - 12 years of experience, understanding of Agile methodologies, understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Prior experience with Agile project management tools, Experience in guiding teams through Agile events, ensuring adherence to SAFe practices, Excellent problem-solving skills, Collaborative spirit, effective communication skills
Nice to Have
Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar, Certified SAFe RTE or similar, Deep understanding of DevOps, Deep understanding of Test Automation Processes, Workshop facilitation experience, training experience
