Scrum Master and Business Analyst **The Opportunity:** We are seeking a Scrum Master and Business Analyst to support Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiatives for our government client. In this hybrid role, you will guide an Agile delivery team while also providing analytical insights that inform product decisions, sprint planning, and continuous improvement. You will coach the team on Scrum best practices, remove impediments, and ensure predictable delivery, while also analyzing data related to product performance, workflow efficiency, and outcomes. You will work closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business and data requirements into actionable user stories, dashboards, and metrics. Using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office, and data analysis platforms, you will help teams make data-driven decisions that improve delivery effectiveness and enhance patient access to critical healthcare information and services. The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a functional role supporting software and data-focused teams in Agile environments * Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead * Experience creating process maps, functional requirements, and system design documentation (SDDs) using tools such as Atlassian platforms, including Visio and Jira * Experience analyzing and interpreting data to support product planning, delivery tracking, continuous improvement, and stakeholder decision-making for dashboards, reports, or visualizations * Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP * Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and prioritization activities * Abi
