What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum environments, Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent), Demonstrated experience in an Agile Coach capacity, driving process adoption and managing change across multiple technical teams, Expert-level knowledge of JIRA for backlog maintenance, sprint management, and tracking sprint metrics and dashboards
Nice to Have
Experience working with GTM systems or Enterprise Systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Workday), Experience with DevOps tools or deployment pipelines (CI/CD), Additional certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or SAFe certification
What You'll Do.
Lead the facilitation of all core Scrum ceremonies
including sprint planning
Proactively identify and remove obstacles
manage product backlogs
and monitor sprint progress to ensure the timely delivery of project goals
Drive continuous process improvements
including defining and implementing JIRA ticket templates
and workflow stages to ensure clarity and goal commitment
Lead the Scrum of Scrums once every two weeks to align the teams
review conflicting requests
Coach the team on agile best practices
Work closely with Product Owners (PO/PM)
and stakeholders to clarify requirements
and guide feature prioritization
Coach and provide guidance to team members
ensuring adherence to established Agile principles
and deployment processes (CI/CD) where applicable
