Job Description: Scrum Master / Agile Coach Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to support our development teams in adopting Agile methodologies, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality business value. In this role, you will act as a servant-leader and coach, working closely with a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a psychologically safe environment. The ideal candidate balances strong Agile coaching capabilities with practical project management skills, helping the team align its daily activities with broader organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Support the Senior Scrum Master in organizing and facilitating core Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Product Demos. Act as a coach to help the team solve complex problems and cultivate a robust, sustainable Agile mindset. Mentor and coach new Scrum Masters across the company to build organizational Agile maturity. Identify process challenges and inefficiencies; proactively lead initiatives to optimize team workflows. Drive positive change both at the immediate working team level and with external stakeholders.
