What You'll Do.
Capture accurate patient visit documentation into EMR
Assist physician with basic patient care
Assist physician with medical procedures
Assist site management with directing patient flow
Assist site management with inventory
Assist site management with following up on labs
Ensure site lab compliance with DOH Regulations
Provide customer service to patients
Adhere to established protocols
Adhere to work processes
Manage volume without compromising quality
Escort patients to exam rooms
Escort patients to x-rays
Escort patients to other facilities
Facilitate necessary diagnostic tests
Facilitate referrals to medical specialists
Communicate with patients over phone
Communicate with pharmacies over phone
Communicate with physicians over phone
Maintain a clean working environment
Maintain a courteous working environment

Ensure site is fully stocked with supplies
