What You'll Do.
Capture patient visit documentation
Assist physician with patient care
Assist physician with medical procedures
Assist site managers with directing patient flow
Assist site managers with inventory
Assist site managers with following up on labs
Ensure site lab compliance
Provide customer service to patients
Adhere to established protocols
Manage volume without compromising quality
Perform Urine Drug Screens
Perform rapid point of care testing
Check for expired medications
Check for expired supplies
Handle specimens properly
Escort patients to exam rooms
Escort patients to x-rays
Escort patients to other facilities
Facilitate diagnostic tests
Facilitate referrals to medical specialists
Communicate with patients over phone
Communicate with pharmacies over phone
Communicate with physicians over phone
Maintain a clean environment
