High School Diploma or equivalent required, 0-2 year’s previous experience, Good ability to anticipate and troubleshoot problems, Must possess or acquire certifications within specified timing in order to perform the job, Good experience with or ability to learn multiple functions within the facility, Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly participative work system, Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical aptitude and logical problem solving skills necessary, Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner, Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness, HP Operators: Experience in Digital printing, Use of computers and electronic mail
Nice to Have
Certification in hazardous materials training is a plus, Pre-press knowledge, HP 7K/6600 Level 1 and/or 2 Certification preferred

For our operations team, we are hiring Digital Printing Press Operators with HP Indigo Series Operator experience. This position will be skilled on the Sakurai machine. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hour. The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range. In some circumstances, this may be above or below the range (based on various factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position).
