Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent required, 0-2 year’s previous experience, Good ability to anticipate and troubleshoot problems, Must possess or acquire certifications within specified timing in order to perform the job, Good experience with or ability to learn multiple functions within the facility, Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly participative work system, Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical aptitude and logical problem solving skills necessary, Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner, Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness, HP Operators: Experience in Digital printing, Use of computers and electronic mail
Nice to Have
Certification in hazardous materials training is a plus, Pre-press knowledge, HP 7K/6600 Level 1 and/or 2 Certification preferred

Interpret order specifications
Perform equipment maintenance
Follow digital printing operational procedures
Revise and follow up work in process
Follow quality processes
Ensure productivity and quality standards
Fill quality documentation
Assure Productivity HrxHr reports
Control inventory for supplies
Use raw materials efficiently
Complete autonomous maintenance routines
Participate in ELS training
Participate in Kaizen events
Support other job functions
Follow established PPE
