**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: \- Responsible for supplier development and sourcing strategy making, make sure new projects launch on time. \- Fulfill SCM department yearly target, including saving, OTD, inventory and etc. \- Carrying out comprehensive supplier management , which includes optimize the supplier portfolio, identify and evaluate potential new suppliers, maintain supplier database in system, etc. \- Ensures team required resources and capabilities to execute their tasks. \- Manages the Supply Chain Management team and distributes workload accordingly. \- Responsible for continuous improvement of tasks. # Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience Relevant certifications, system experience, and training Professional-Level English language skills preferred **Communication & Collaboration:** Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders.
