Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding processes in SAP Ariba, including initiation of supplier requests and workflow tracking Verify and validate supplier prequalification documentation during onboarding to ensure compliance with internal standards Conduct vendor risk assessments using SAP Ariba tools and maintain updated risk profiles Maintain and update the global approved vendor list, ensuring completeness before purchase order issuance Perform periodic reviews of mandatory supplier documentation to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy Launch RFQs, coordinate vendor submissions, and ensure timely receipt of offers within procurement deadlines Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth supplier lifecycle management and procurement operations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or equivalent technical qualification 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, vendor onboarding, or procurement functions Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms Good understanding of electrical equipment and technical procurement environments Proven experience in vendor management, supplier qualification, and risk assessment processes Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process discipline Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination abilities across teams Benefits: Competitive salary package aligned with experience and industry standards Medical insurance and life insurance coverage 20 days of privilege leave, 13 days emergency leave, and 14 public holidays annually Hybrid and smarter working arrangements with flexibility for remote work where applicable Career progression opportunities within a global infrastructure and engineering environment Exposure to large-scale energy and substation projects in an international setting ## Additional Information How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quic
