Must Have
3+ years of experience working in a SCIF environment, including physical security, access control, or as a CSSO, CPSO, or SSR, Experience with the Defense Information Security System (DISS) and Symmetry access control system, Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 705, DoD Manual 5205. 07, and 32 CFR 117 (NISPOM), Active TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph exam, HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Marine Corps security orders, including MCO P5510. 18A and MCO 5530. 14A, Ability to operate standard office equipment, including copy machines, networked computers, scanners, shredders, and access control systems, Ability to be highly detail-oriented, motivated, and professional and move from one task to another in a fast-paced environment, Ability to take direction and tasks from security personnel while also functioning independently, Bachelor's degree in a related field
What You'll Do.
Oversee the daily management and continuous compliance of the SCIF
Ensuring strict enforcement of access control procedures
Maintaining the physical security of the facility
Supporting the on-site SSR in adherence to all relevant directives
Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of government sensitive and classified information

Team & Collaboration
Working collaboratively as part of a comprehensive security team, including a contractor Security Specialist, a uniform Security Manager, and a uniform Special Security Officer (SSO)
