Must Have

PhD, or MS with 2 + years of experience in computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, or a related experience, experience with at least one high-level programming language (e.g., R, Python) for complex data analysis and reproducible research, Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing data, including WGS, WES, and RNA-seq (bulk, single-cell, spatial), Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including data presentation and visualization, written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

MS with 2 + years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, Solid understanding of disease biology and molecular mechanisms, particularly in oncology is a plus, Experience applying machine-learning and/or deep-learning methods is a plus

What You'll Do.

Apply computational approaches for patient stratification through the integration of multi-omic datasets

Perform analyses to elucidate disease drivers and disease mechanisms in oncology

Perform analyses across molecular and multi-omic datasets to support translational strategy

Support the identification of ex-vivo models representing key disease subtypes

Collaborate with colleagues across IPS to support the identification of therapeutic targets and to inform their development

Summarize analytical results and communicate conclusions to BMS decision-making bodies
