Join us at the forefront of radiopharma innovation and be part of turning breakthrough science into meaningful outcomes for patients—come build what’s next with us! **The Role:** Join our Discovery team as a Scientist, Radiochemistry, and help advance the next generation of radiopharmaceuticals from our onsite laboratories in Hamilton, Ontario. In this hands-on role, you will design and execute radiolabeling workflows across a variety of targeting modalities—from small molecules to mAbs—and isotopes to enable biological studies and early drug discovery. You will contribute to the preparation, purification, and characterization of novel radioconjugates, support precursor synthesis, and drive data analysis that informs program decision-making. Success in this position calls for strong experimental rigor, meticulous documentation, and proactive collaboration with operations and health physics to maintain safe, efficient lab operations.
