## _Job Description_ _Job Description_ As a R&D Scientist, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, renovation, and maintenance of product lines, enabling growth and ensuring quality objectives and business continuity for Kraft Heinz. Your role will involve prioritizing and executing technical projects that contribute to the ongoing projects and Innovation Pipeline for the business. From crafting and performing tests to analyzing data, presenting results cross-functionally, and commercializing pipeline opportunities. _Key Components of the role:_ * Work with cross functional teams to lead and support component snacking projects from concept to commercialization, including Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Procurement * Demonstrate the willingness and ability to learn new product categories and/or processing/packaging areas * Manage multiple assignments/development projects concurrently to meet R&D timelines * Call out and discuss priority conflicts between a variety of business initiatives * Design and execute plant trials, then summarize and translate results clearly for technical and non-technical teams * Formula/product commercialization working closely with teams at production plants * Direct communication with suppliers and manufacturing partners * Adapt and apply scientific principles to new situations/products and have a moderate degree of autonomy * Create and update multi-component product specifications with attention to detail _Qualifications:_ * Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering or a related scientific field with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, **OR** Master’s degree with minimum one (1) year of related experience * Product development and commercialization experience * Understanding of ingredient functionality and interrelationship of ingredients, process, and packaging * Excellent communication, influencing, prioritization, and project management s
