Must Have
PhD with knowledge in immunology, autoimmune diseases, or biological drug discovery, two years of additional experience is required, Fluent in English

Experience with antibody and FcRn biology, Fab, Fc and antibody format engineering, Experience in an industrial setting or with regular industry interaction, Previous exposure to and knowledge in antibody-related biology, FcRn as well as Fab, Fc and antibody format engineering, exposure to project management tasks

Experience with antibody and FcRn biology as well as Fab, Fc and antibody format engineering is a plus. As scientist you will be part of a project team in which you work closely with colleagues and external partners to characterize and better understand the mode of action of a novel antibody therapeutic. You will use your knowledge, critical thinking, scientific and patent literature and academic contacts to help define research plans and experiments and you will contribute to scientific publications, patents and reports. You will need to prioritize your workflow, efficiently use resources and follow challenging timelines to achieve the project goals. You should be able to work independently and direct the research and day-to-day responsibilities of others, preferably by helping the team of research associates on the work floor.
