Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or related sciences field, or relevant experience, Proven leadership capability and track record of leading/contributing to cross-functional teams within a regulated operational or technical environment, Proven understanding of immunoassay/immunohematology from industry experience, Knowledge of Operations/ Manufacturing and participation in external audits, Experienced in performing laboratory work, Use of statistical tools during investigations, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Computer literate, Good laboratory practical skills, Can record experimental work accurately, Perform data manipulation and analysis, Good understanding of immunoassay principles, Assumes accountability, Drives accountability in others, Promotes a positive, results focused attitude, Demonstrates effective teamwork, Demonstrates collaboration across functions, Demonstrates situational adaptability, Can respond rapidly to change, Maintain output in a dynamic and changing environment, Meeting project timelines, Demonstrates commitment to achieving agreed goals, Sense of urgency to get the job done, Ability to plan own time, Work effectively, Can reshape plans accordingly

Perform interpretation and analysis of scientific data

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, based in Pencoed, employs over 600 people who are involved in the manufacture and supply of clinical laboratory and immunohematology products to sites across the globe. Our Pencoed team manufacture a large menu of immunohematology products used in transfusion medicine; in addition to a large menu of immunoassay products encompassing a range of disease categories. On site we have a range of functions operating globally & locally.
