Develop analytical methods
Qualify/validate analytical methods
Develop multicolor flow cytometry methods
Develop cell culture methods
Develop reporter gene cell line
Develop potency assays
Develop cytotoxicity assays
Develop cytokine release assays
Develop infectious titer assays
Develop LVV residual impurities assays
Exercise independent judgment in developing methods
techniques and evaluation criteria
Guide the design and execution of method qualification
Guide the establishing and authoring of SOPs/procedures for established methods
