Full Job Description
1\. Knowledge and use of concepts, practices, procedures. Applies basic knowledge of coatings, resins, and curing chemistries for certain segment, technology, or process to a business specific application. 2.Panel preparation & testing as per product specification. 3\. Interprets and analyzes results, makes suggestions on path forward and contributes to formulating work plans and managing daily workflow {involves Preparing paint samples (including Pre-mixing, Grinding, Thinning) as per Formulation / Guidelines given by Supervisor; Panel preparation & testing as per product specification} 4.Produces accurate and timely results with guidance from supervisor defined timeline (multi-projects); Has proven ability to meet project milestones. 5\. Demonstrates ownership mindset and removes obstacles to deliver on commitments. 6\. Authority and decision making limited to decisions of low impact. 7\. Provides input into technical discussions. Effectively communicates work progress/research results by giving internal presentations at project team meetings. 8\. Participates in customer and supplier meetings. 9\.
