**Job Description Summary** We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Scientist in department to join our Analytical Characterization team within the Biopharmaceutical Analytical Development. This role is focus on LC-MS to support biosimilar development projects and ideal for an early-career scientist who is eager to deepen expertise in mass spectrometry-based protein characterization and contribute to the implementation of automated sample preparation workflows. **Job Description** Sandoz continues to go through an exciting and transformative period as a global leader and pioneering provider of sustainable Biosimilar and Generic medicines. Join us, the future is ours to shape! **Your Key Responsibilities:** Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: LC-MS characterization & project support: * Perform and support development of LC-MS methods for characterization of biologics; contribute to analytical activities within biosimilar development projects * Successful execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities within given timelines and expected quality. * Assist in data evaluation and interpretation using appropriate software tools; document experimental work in electronic laboratory journal (eLN) and support preparation of reports * Exhibit a proactive and independent work style with a demonstrated ability to successfully handle several activities at a time. * Collaborate within cross-functional teams Automation & innovation: * Support implementation and optimization of automation of LC-MS sample preparation workflows. * Contribute to increasing efficiency, robustness, and reproducibility of analytical processes. * Collaborate with team members to introduce innovative technologies.
