Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, At least 3 years of project management experience in the life sciences or biotech industry, In-depth knowledge of the scientific project workflows, including biospecimen management, processing, analysis, results delivery, and customer communications, understanding of laboratory information systems (LIMS) and associated data infrastructure, Expertise in databases to streamline data collection, Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, Ability to prioritize tasks, analyze workflows, and manage time effectively, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Proven ability to influence internal teams and external service providers, Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Nice to Have
MS or PhD, Experience in programming languages such as R, Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, and GLP requirements
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact
Manage project lifecycle from initiation to completion
Monitor project progress and identify risks
Foster communication and collaboration among team members
Maintain data quality and optimize operational efficiency
Create and manage project documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff
