Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (or equivalent experience), experience in Scientific communications, experience in Medical content operations, experience in Complex delivery or programme management environments, Proven track record of Operating in regulated environments (medical, scientific, compliance-led workflows), Proven track record of Managing complex, multi-stakeholder workflows with multiple dependencies and approval steps, Proven track record of Working with enterprise content platforms (e. g. CLM, medical portals, CMS tools), Proven track record of Driving delivery governance, reporting, and performance tracking, understanding of Medical and scientific content governance, understanding of Compliance and quality standards within Medical Affairs environments, Experience collaborating across global, regional, and local teams, analytical and structured thinking skills, Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Demonstrated ability to lead without authority in a matrix organisation, Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a continuous improvement mindset
Nice to Have
Experience working within GBS, shared services, or centre-of-excellence models, Exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries, Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Certification or training in Project or programme management, Certification or training in Agile, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies, Experience supporting Digital transformation, Experience supporting Operating model design and optimisation, Experience supporting Process improvement initiatives
What You'll Do.
Lead and optimise end-to-end delivery of medical and scientific content
and compliant execution
Orchestrate delivery across planning
and performance tracking
Own and coordinate the full content lifecycle
Ensure delivery is predictable
and aligned with business priorities
Track and manage content progression across disease areas or portfolios
Provide clear visibility on timelines
Lead delivery governance
including status reporting
Ensure delivery commitments are met through proactive mitigation planning
Oversee content operations across platforms
Maintain and continuously enhance operational processes
Drive improvements in efficiency
Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives
Contribute to business planning and operational strategy
Support global-to-local execution models and adoption
Enable onboarding through structured documentation and operational materials
and performance tracking
Contribute to dashboards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Medical Information, Scientific Communications, Digital, Veeva, Graphics, and platform teams; Enable seamless execution across a complex, matrixed global organisation; Experience collaborating across global, regional, and local teams; Work with diverse, high-performing teams across medical, digital, and operations functions
