Must Have
A number of years’ experience working in a medical writing role, including publications, within a medical communications agency environment., Experience writing across a broad range of deliverables and formats for a variety of medical audiences., Experience reviewing and overseeing other writers, ideally including line management., Growing leadership skills and a desire to lead a global team., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues, clients and external experts., Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work to deadlines and juggle multiple projects., Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality control.
