Full Job Description

Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA), science recruiting team is seeking talented recruiters that will support attracting and hiring Amazon's future scientists innovators, at scale, from student talent. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to earn trust and influence key stakeholders autonomously, expertly plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates within tight timelines, demonstrate a proven capacity to use metrics to drive and showcase results, and remain calm in high-volume, ambiguous environments. Thriving in a fast-paced setting and excelling at problem-solving will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and the centralized Amazon University Talent Acquisition program teams. In this role, you will: • Partner with business and recruiting teams across Amazon to understand student hiring needs • Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency • Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements • Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
