THE ROLE Key Responsibilities The Schools ICT Engineer is a vital role within Agilisys, providing high‑quality, onsite ICT support within a large secondary school in St Helens. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of day‑to‑day school IT services, supporting staff, students, and visitors, and maintaining a reliable, high‑availability environment. Specific Duties Provide face‑to‑face and remote support to students, staff, and visitors Log, manage, and resolve ICT incidents within defined SLAs and KPIs Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Build, configure, and deploy end‑user devices for staff and students Install and update applications on user devices Support printers, projectors, and other school equipment Complete administrative tasks including asset management and documentation Support school events such as open evenings, parents' evenings, and other scheduled activities Work collaboratively with other ICT engineers to maintain a reliable, high‑availability environment Typical working hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required based on school and business
