Medical Transport Systems We are seeking reliable and compassionate School Van Drivers and Paratransit Drivers to transport special needs and handicapped students to and from school. If you’re patient, reliable, and committed to safety, we want you on our team! **💵 Pay & Benefits** \- **$18.00–$19.00hr** \- **$250 performance bonus** every two weeks * **Weekly pay** via direct deposit * **Health, Dental, Vision** * **401K** * PTO **🚍 What You’ll Do** \- Safely operate a school van or paratransit vehicle - Assist students with mobility needs, including wheelchair support - Follow designated routes & schedules - Secure passengers using required safety equipment - Communicate with school staff, parents & supervisors - Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance needs - Always follow **zero‑tolerance** safety standards . **🧩 Requirements** \- Valid driver’s license + **clean driving record (last 3 years)** \- **Must be at least 21 years of age.** Patience, empathy & good communication - Pass criminal background check & Child Abuse History Clearance - Ability to meet district certification requirements. **🕒 Schedule** **Monday–Friday only — no nights, weekends, or major holidays** \- **AM Shift:** 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM - **PM Shift:** 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM - **Split shift schedule (2 shifts/day)** \- **30–40 hours/week** Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
