Masters in Social Work, At least 4 years experience, Experience in school environment, Experience with children, Experience with teenagers, Experience with young adults, Experience in therapeutic modalities, Assessment and treatment of trauma, Knowledge of child development, Knowledge of adolescent development
Nice to Have
LCSW preferred, Spanish Speaking preferred, Experience with families
What You'll Do.
Manage referral process
Conduct student assessments
Create student support vision
Assist with student retention
Refer families to resources
Support families accessing resources
Document compliance activities
Provide direct services
Meet with mandated students
Ensure safe environment
Provide crisis intervention
Track student interactions
Document counseling schedule
Set goals with students
Track progress towards goals
